Not satisfied with your purchase? Returning (part of) your order is free!
After receiving your order, you have up to 14 days to decide whether or not you want to keep it.

To store

All orders can be returned in store, just take your order confirmation and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to assist you.
Please note that without the order confirmation, our staff won't be able to process your refund.

By post

 In case you don't live near a Friday store, you can also return your order by post. You can use any carrier.

Step 1: Return form
Fill in the return form to make sure your return is processed as fast as possible.
Step 2: Packaging.
No need to use orignal packaging (but okay if you do, of course). Just enclose the return form.
Step 3: Return label
Use the return label enclosed in your order if you want to return your order without extra costs.
Step 4: Drop it of at the post office
You can now drop the package of at the post office. It doesn't matter what carrier you pick.

Exchanges

Exchanging items is only possible in one of our stores.

Of course, you can also use our free return service and make a new purchase.

Conditions

 Whatever reason you might have, feel free to return your ordered items! We do have some conditions:

  • the product must be unused (you may try it on, though);
  • the product cannot be damaged;
  • the attached labels have not been removed.

Did you receive an item that is faulty? Please contact our customer service.

Refunds

In case of a return, you will be issued a full refund of your purchase within 14 days of approval. This also applies to refunds agreed upon by our customer service.
Returning your order in store? If you've paid using a credit/debit card, a refund or exchange will be processed at the till point.
